Master of Human Resources Development [MHRD] is a four-semester, 2-year post-graduate degree course. It delves deeper in to the realms of Human Resource Management, than an MBA with HR Specialization. MHRD offers placement opportunities in the HR function of corporate houses, HR consultancies, both in India and abroad. MHRD offers courses in the areas of Organizational Behaviour, Labor Laws, Employee Relations, Business Laws, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Culture, Industrial Psychology, Industrial Sociology, Intellectual and Attitudinal Development of employed human resource.

The candidate should fulfill the following eligibility criteria: Any Graduate with 45% marks in aggregate from a recognized University. Candidates should have completed a Bachelor’s degree in with minimum 45% marks in aggregate or any other equivalent qualification.

No Entrance exam is required and admission are done at college level.

Note :- 1) The above fees are subject to change by the Univ./Govt. / College. The increase in fees is binding on students. 2) Students will have to pay following fees as Specific Charge * Rs. 400/-, Garden Club Fee Rs.75/-, Health Club Fee Rs. 75/-, Share of Co-operative Store Rs. 11/- ., College Sports Day 49/- (Total Rs. 610/-). *The Specific Charge Rs. 400/- is being collected to meet essential expenses not covered in the above fee schedule. 3) Students of M.B.A. Part II , MIRPM Part II & MCAPart III will have to pay a dissertation fee Rs. 500/-. 4) The fees paid by the students (holding scholarships/freeships) such as college development funds and placement charges (wherever applicable) are not liable to be reimbursed by the Govt. 5) The students from other universities shall have to pay Enrollment & Migration fees separately. 6) M.C.A. 2nd Year Part - II students will have to pay s Seminar Fee Rs. 150/-. 7) M.C.A. 3rd Year Part - I students will have to pay a Mini Project Fee Rs. 200/-. 8) *As per directions of Shikshan Shulk Samiti, Govt. Of Maharashtra, the student admitted in the Academic year 2015-16 and thereafter continuing their studies will have to pay an enhanced fees of 8% each successive year till completions of course. 9) *The final fees for the year 2018-19 for MBA-I and MCA-I Programme will be applicable as sanctioned by Fees Regulation Authority, Govt. Of Maharashtra and students have to pay the difference. The fees for MBA-I & MCA-I quoted above is only the final fees as sanctioned by the Samiti for the year 2017-18. 10) Students from outside the State of Maharashtra shall have to pay double of the tuition fee for courses other than MBA&MCA. 11) University Convocation Fee Rs. 200/- for final year student.
